Our time at the National Infusion Center Association Conference (NICA 2025) and Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) Annual TOAST: Together for Treatment has come to a close, but the party doesn’t have to stop now. We couldn’t wait a moment longer to highlight yet another amazing year supporting infusion patients, meeting fellow infusion industry professionals, hosting our first in-person WeInfuse University User Meeting, and showing off how our streamlined workflows are paving the way for infusion centers & suites.
This year, we even brought the biggest group we’ve ever taken. We are so proud of the WeInfuse & RxToolKit team members who came and put everything that they had into this event. It truly was a great turnout!

LIVE WeInfuse University User Meeting – Feature Updates and Add-ons at a Glance
This one was for our clients! At our very first Live WeInfuse University User Meeting, we had a great time connecting with current clients in-person and showing off platform updates & feature add-ons, including topics like Enhanced Patient Engagement, Patient Flow, RCM & Reporting, and the RxToolKit integration.
Discussions were led by team members: CEO Bryan Johnson, COO Reece Norris, Client Success Manager of Partnerships Natalie Andrewski, Account Manager Blake Mundine, Enterprise Account Director MJ Ousey, and RxToolKit Client Success Dir. Kiana Dietz.

In the meeting, attendees received a WeInfuseU shirt, a folder with WeInfuse and RxToolKit resources, syringe pens (yes, we agree–the coolest pen ever), and color-changing cups filled with sweet delights.

We are looking forward to growing this event and making it a key add-on to the NICA experience for our WeInfuse clients. Infusion Access Foundation TOAST: Together for Treatment – Havana Nights, Ooo La La
This year’s TOAST: Together for Treatment gala (June 19, 2025) brought infusion and healthcare professionals from all over the country to celebrate with some Cuban flair. This is all to support Champions’ Weekend and other special programs designed to train patients to become community advocates. Click to learn more about TOAST.
We had an amazing time toasting and supporting the Infusion Access Foundation’s mission, which is “to protect access to provider-administered treatments, such as infusions and injections.” As a memorable part of the NICA experience, this night-before celebration event is always well equipped with unique auction items, great complimentary food and drinks, speakers, and more. WeInfuse and RxToolKit are proud to support and attend every year, and will continue to do so for years to come.
Considering attending a NICA Conference in the future? We highly recommend you add the IAF TOAST event to your itinerary, as it is a meaningful experience for your team benefitting infusion patients.

NICA Exhibit Hall – The One With the Infusion Bags
This year’s exhibit hall was met with well-versed conversations, software demonstrations, delicious cigar chocolates & “Ask Chuck” RxToolKit cookies, and infusion bags filled with Gatorade.

Not 100% sure what the NICA even is? NICA is a non-profit trade association and accredited standards developer, dedicated to providing advocacy and education to improve patient access to IV (intravenous) and injectable medications. In fact, WeInfuse CEO Bryan Johnson and COO Reece Norris were part of the founding team for NICA
back in 2010. As of today, Reece currently serves as Board Director on the NICA Board and Bryan currently serves as Secretary on the IAF Board–both passionate about driving the healthcare industry forward.
The NICA Conference focuses on professional development for infusion advocates, providers, practice managers, and more. These healthcare professionals most often play a part in the outpatient provider-administered medication market. Every year, the conference continues to grow, and we look forward to being a part of its continued growth and impact in the future.
Another key part of the NICA Conference is the Infusion Center of Excellence (NICE) Experience, and WeInfuse is proud to exhibit in it. This experience gives attendees the opportunity to walk through an immersive mock infusion center as it showcases best-in-class products and equipment that promote patient safety and improve overall efficiency. This is an impactful way for seasoned and new infusion providers to learn more about the NICA Standards of Excellence. You won’t want to miss this educational opportunity!
Overall, this conference was a major success. Thanks to everyone who visited us at the WeInfuse & RxToolKit booths. We loved exhibiting, meeting new people, and sharing all about our modern software platforms.

Ahoy, Mateys! – SEA Our Time at The Tennr Yacht Party
We’ll keep this section short and sweet but just wanted to take a moment to highlight the memorable time our team had at the Tennr Yacht Party. We had a blast sailing the canal & soaking in the scenery, conversing with other industry enthusiasts, and ending the evening with tasty treats and refreshing drinks!
It was a great time supporting our AI partner, Tennr. WeInfuse and Tennr partnered up in 2024 to build a seamless integration to automate data extraction from faxes and paperwork for infusion providers across the country.
