WeInfuse isn’t intended to replace your EMR; we work seamlessly together with your EMR. In fact, we integrate with almost every EMR. 

Most EMRs are designed to do a few things very well. Infusion is not one of them (we know, we tried it). For most infusing practices, the infusion center is the largest revenue and expense line. We believe that anything that important deserves a software system designed and purpose-built for that workflow. 

Spreadsheets and disconnected systems are outdated risky tools. WeInfuse brings together all aspects of the infusion center workflow into one web-based system. Even the smallest mistakes cut deep into your bottom line, so you need a turnkey infusion center software application to connect all the steps in the infusion process.

Yes, we integrate with most EMRs, EHRs and other software systems. WeInfuse is committed to interoperability and ensuring our software remains integration friendly. The level of integration varies depending on the application. Integrations may require additional cost.

WeInfuse takes all your clinical documentation and converts that clinical documentation into billable codes. Currently, WeInfuse is designed to connect with existing billing and revenue cycle software systems, like your existing EMR or practice management system. Claims submission, posting, and other transactional processing is still the job of the billing system. For our stand-alone infusion center clients who don’t have an existing EMR, EHR or billing software system, we do have billing system partners that integrate with WeInfuse.

WeInfuse is a web-based SaaS software application, so you likely don’t need any additional technology to use it. If your office has a computer and internet access, chances are, you are ready for WeInfuse. Our implementation team provides each client a white-glove experience as we train your team and get ready for your go-live date. 

Setup can be done in just a few weeks and depends on your current infusion volume. We handle each setup personally with a very hands-on approach to ensure your success. WeInfuse was designed as simply as possible. Because our software is so intuitive, training takes less time and many users will pick up the software workflow on their own with little guidance. 

In addition to live webinar training sessions, WeInfuse software users will have access to WeInfuseU, our online training university. With WeInfuseU and its role-based training tracks, users will have access to relevant training videos at any time.

Our monthly fees are based on the number of infusions performed each month. Therefore, our success is tied to your success. We are your infusion center success partner, and we will provide all the support we can until we either need to eat or sleep (whichever comes first and eating is sometimes optional).

Our software pricing structure works for sites that infuse just a few patients a month, and it works for sites that infuse hundreds of patients a month.  WeInfuse software is a monthly subscription. Our pricing is based on the number of completed infusions per month. You only pay for what you use.
