Customizable Forms
WeInfuse offers customizable forms for intake, feedback surveys, patient consents, medication order forms, and more. Through WeInfuse, the communication and documentation process between infusion operators and patients is streamlined.
Automated Appointment Reminders
In addition to increased patient engagement accessibility, WeInfuse’s software also provides automated appointment reminder texts straight from the app. With this feature, each patient receives personalized reminders with the time and date of their appointment a week prior and/or 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Secure Patient Chat
WeInfuse supports two-way, real-time communication between users and patients when PHI such as clinical or billing conversations need to be exchanged. Patients are required to verify their identity prior to joining the conversation. Messages are saved to the message log in the patient’s profile where users can keep track of and review previous conversations.
WeInfuse Messaging Center
WeInfuse Messaging Center functions as an inbox for users & teams to help manage form responses and signed documents. When a patient submits a form or signs a document, those responses land directly in the WeInfuse Messaging Center. Users can then file those form responses and signed documents directly to the patient chart.
