We can’t contain our smiles after this year’s Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) TOAST Together for Treatment Gala and the National Infusion Center Association (NICA) Conference! One thing is certain, there are no “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” secrets here–we think this conference deserves an entire recap!
Year after year, NICA continues to put on a unique and special experience for infusion industry professionals to come together, share passions, create change, and show off their services/products & what they’re most proud of. Our WeInfuse and RxToolKit teams had a fabulous time this year, and we loved sharing how our solutions are taking the confusion out of infusion and promoting infusion safety by streamlining workflows around the country.

IAF Recap – Shimmer, Shimmer, Shined Our Way Into Vegas
This year, yet again, we had fun with the Infusion Access Foundation’s Gala theme: James Bond–Diamonds Are Forever! Our teams certainly struck gold with our matching outfits–bright blue & green tuxedo jackets, black tux shirts, and black dresses. Some of our team members even spiced it up with glittery fedoras and glow-up bowties.
We had a blast getting to see everyone and supporting IAF’s incredible mission to help fight for patients’ access to provider-administered therapies around the country! The Gala was filled with games, food, drinks, a fireside chat, auction items (including our donated Warstic Bat signed by former Texas Rangers Hall of Famer and second baseman, Ian Kinsler), and more.
This event is meticulously designed to advance IAF’s mission, and we are very thankful to be a part of it each year. See below for some “gems” from the Gala!
NICA Exhibit Hall Time – We Lit Up the Exhibit Hall like the Vegas Strip
This year, we brought a little class to the exhibit hall with our company-themed tuxedo t-shirts (okay, and maybe a little humor) and iconic neon sign that lit up the exhibit hall like the Vegas strip. We love bringing the excitement and energy to conferences all year, but there is just something about NICA that makes us really want to go all out!
But truthfully, we don’t just pride ourselves on our witty conference attire; we pride ourselves on our amazing team members and solutions too.
During the NICA exhibit hall hours, we had a blast sharing more about WeInfuse and how we are taking the confusion out of infusion for infusion centers across the country. At WeInfuse, our mission is to streamline your infusion workflow so you have more time to focus on your patients, NOT your problems.
We also had some fun & interactive games at each booth, including a dice game (had to roll doubles) and the famous roulette (had to land on the green spaces). Congratulations to our winners at each booth:

Topgolf Time – WeInfuse + RxToolKit + SamaCare’s NICA Par-Tee
Our WeInfuse and RxToolKit teams, alongside SamaCare, had a blast hosting our NICA Par-Tee event during the NICA Conference. Weloved having everyone join together for some quality time, food, drinks, and friendly competition.
SamaCare is one of our partners, and this partnership helps streamline the prior-authorization process for life-changing specialty medications through an integration with the WeInfuse software.
