All the Right Cards: Our 2026 NICA Conference Experience was the Perfect Combo of Energy, Insights, and Infusion Community.

No bluffing here–Our team had an amazing time at the 2026 National Infusion Center Association Annual Conference (NICA2026) and the Infusion Access Foundation (IAF)’s annual Toast: Together for Treatment gala in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau hotel. This year’s conference was even more special because we celebrated our 10th anniversary with everyone, a major milestone for us. In January, we marked this 10-year anniversary as our Golden Decade, encapsulating all of our major accomplishments over the years. (Want to learn more about WeInfuse’s history & successes? The 2026 NICA Conference was the perfect environment to celebrate with our team & clients, while introducing our software solution to those discovering WeInfuse for the first time. This year’s conference included our successful second in-person WeInfuse University Users Meeting, the Toast: Together for Treatment gala (a.k.a the Disco Inferno), several impactful exhibit hall and collaboration times with fellow infusion experts, and the Tennr: Welcome to the Jungle party. 

We also had the opportunity to showcase alongside RxToolKit again, an infusion medication safety and clinical education resource, and introduce our newest solution, InfuseTrack, which helps infusion therapy operators efficiently manage infusion pumps, medical equipment, and certifications. We’re so proud of our WeInfuse, RxToolKit, and InfuseTrack team members, who took this conference on with full force. Each one helped mold the NICA2026 conference experience into something amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without the entire crew’s hard work and passion.

First Off, What is the 2026 NICA Conference?

The National Infusion Center Association Annual Conference is for professionals in the outpatient, provider-administered medication market. These professionals range from advocates, providers, stakeholders, practice managers, and more. 

This year, 1,300+ industry experts from across the country joined together on July 8-10 for a selection of administrative learning sessions, networking opportunities, and company-hosted events. By hosting the conference over multiple days, attendees could make the most of their time, surrounded by other infusion professionals. 

Our team loves having the opportunity to network with others and share more about our infusion solution and how it streamlines workflows for infusion operations across the country. Exhibit hall time is a wonderful way to spread the word and meet new people. If you have never attended a NICA conference, we highly encourage you to attend next year’s NICA2027 in Dallas, TX. We promise you will not regret it.

The Second Annual LIVE WeInfuse University Users Meeting for Our Clients

We had a blast kicking off the conference with our second annual Live WeInfuse University Users Meeting on Wednesday afternoon. At this in-person event, we had the opportunity to share more about platform features, updates, and other additional developments with our WeInfuse clients. This year’s topics included: Billing & Claims, Enhanced Patient Engagement, Intake & Clinical Inventory, Pharmacy, InfuseTrack, and RxToolKit. 

Discussions were led by team members: Enterprise Account Director MJ Ousey, Client Success Manager of Partnerships Natalie Andrewski, Account Manager Blake Mundine, Director of Solutions Engineering Justin Whitsett, CEO Bryan Johnson, and RxToolKit Client Success Director Kiana Kleeman.
