As we say goodbye to 2025 and hello to 2026, WeInfuse is thrilled to announce our 10th anniversary! We are very excited to celebrate our incredible journey with all our key stakeholders.
We are calling this our Golden Decade, having struck gold when it comes to the care, dedication, and trust that WeInfuse has received over these first ten years.
Those who know WeInfuse know that our software solution and consulting services are built by decades of hands-on experience, which has been the framework of what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for. Bryan and Reece had a vision to become THE software solution for infusion providers, and it is with great joy that we get to look back over the last decade to celebrate all that we’ve collectively achieved.
As we step into our tenth year with celebration, we’d like everyone who has put their trust in WeInfuse to celebrate with us, because we wouldn’t be here without you.
Understanding Who We Are
The WeInfuse journey dates back to 2001 when Robert Norris (Reece’s dad and WeInfuse’s Chief Wisdom Officer) and Judy Back founded Innovative Infusions.
In 2003, Bryan set out to build his own infusion center (Austin Infusion Center) in partnership with Innovative Infusions. He led its growth to become one of the largest office-based infusion centers in Texas, and in 2008, Bryan merged his Austin site with Innovative Infusions and joined its executive team.
Shortly thereafter, Robert officially passed the torch to Reece and Bryan. Reece served as CEO and Bryan served as COO, each lending an equal hand to the company-wide restructuring and business model transformation.
As partners, they helped Innovative Infusions expand and grow revenue exponentially. They also gained a front row seat to the challenges infusion clinical teams commonly faced. These unique challenges inspired them to develop an internal proprietary software solution called DripSync that ultimately powered their infusion centers’ workflows. They eventually sold Innovative Infusions (and DripSync) to Paragon Healthcare where they worked for almost four years to help continue growing the business.
In 2016, Bryan and Reece left Paragon to launch WeInfuse. While pouring their own money into the start-up, friends and family members also invested in the vision, including Josh Newman (now WeInfuse’s CFO) and Chris and Scott Hester.
Alongside WeInfuse’s first software developers, Bryan and Reece worked tirelessly to create a minimally viable working product. The first few years were tough as they faced the reality that few in healthcare want to be an early adopter of technology. They were often competing against entrenched home-grown systems and resistant healthcare operators, administrators, and physicians who were averse to change.
“Reece and I have poured so much of ourselves into growing WeInfuse, and it’s incredible to see how far the company has come. These past ten years have brought both challenges and rewarding milestones, and none of it would have been possible without our dedicated team that helped us earn the trust of our clients and the industry. From the beginning, we never wanted WeInfuse to be just another software vendor—we envisioned something bigger. Over the past decade, we’ve worked to build a company and product that stands apart, one that our clients feel truly supported by, both in their day-to-day operations and in their long-term success,” said Bryan.
As a leading software provider, WeInfuse delivers powerful, intuitive features backed by reliable, hands-on support, setting us apart from other solutions in the market. While we began by simplifying workflows and enhancing the patient journey for ambulatory infusion centers and suites, we’ve since expanded our platform to include a full pharmacy management system supporting home infusion and specialty pharmacies as well.
Our continued growth does not come without hard work and multiple daily contributions though. As we say, “Consistency Compounds.” We believe that our team is the heart of our success, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and a deep understanding that the value we deliver is directly proportional to the effort we invest.
How It Started

As the years have passed, the team has grown (and our offices have improved). We now have over 70 team members, all proudly displayed on our website’s About page. We take great pride in who joins our team – one that is made up of talented, hardworking, and passionate individuals across all facets of the organization: software development, sales, marketing, finance, people operations, and client success. Each team member helps propel our company forward and is living proof that you can, in fact, have too much talent in one room.
We recently asked our team members to describe their experience working with WeInfuse in a few words or less. They said: teamwork, engaging, meaningful, collaborative, rewarding, a culture of excellence, a wonderful place to work, and a powerhouse team. These words say a lot about what it’s like to be part of WeInfuse, but they only scratch the surface.
Over the last ten years, we have hosted many team events – pickleball, bowling, Austin-based holiday parties, happy hours, and more. Our culture is not only built on hard work, but also being rewarded for it. We believe our team deserves to have fun too, because a happy team will deliver higher-quality results.

Our Greatest Accomplishments
Thanks to such a hard-working team, we’ve had some amazing moments and accomplishments throughout this first decade.
Over the past ten years, we’ve secured 23 strategic partnerships—and counting—all aimed at enhancing the WeInfuse experience for our clients. We’re grateful for the trust, expertise, and innovation each partner brings, and we know these partnerships have contributed to our growth.
A major milestone in our journey was the acquisition of RxToolKit, a respected leader in clinical education, medication safety, and infusion competency tools. Bringing RxToolKit into WeInfuse’s suite of solutions in 2022 strengthened our shared mission to support safer, more efficient infusion care. By combining our platform with RxToolKit’s expertise and resources, we’ve expanded the value we can deliver to providers and elevated the standard of care for patients.
We have and continue to take the security of our software seriously to ensure our clients’ data and patient information is safeguarded in the safest means possible.
In 2024, we proudly achieved the SOC 2 Type 2 Certification, demonstrating our continued commitment to data security, privacy, and excellence.
Additional WeInfuse milestones include the launch of our Client Ambassador Program, and recognition on the Inc. 5000, Best Places to Work (Dallas and Austin), Longhorn 100, and DANDA Awards lists—each reflecting our commitment to solving workflow challenges for our clients and fostering a strong, people-centered culture.
Another significant milestone came in March 2023, when WeInfuse secured a growth capital investment from Curewell Capital. This investment accelerated enhancements to our core platform and expanded our home infusion and specialty pharmacy solutions.
With these accomplishments comes the responsibility to uphold the high-quality products and exceptional customer service our team and clients expect—and we take that responsibility seriously.
As we look ahead to the next ten years, our commitment remains the same: to maintain our momentum, strengthen the trust we’ve built, and continue delivering on our vision to be THE infusion software solution.
To every client who has placed their confidence in us—whether you’ve been with us for a decade or recently joined—thank you. You are an essential part of the WeInfuse community.
Beyond the Golden Decade
These first ten years matter deeply to us because they represent countless relationships, shared experiences, and milestones that shaped WeInfuse into what it is today. As we look ahead, our hope is that the next decade will shine just as brightly as the first.
We’re not slowing down. Our team remains committed to delivering the most reliable and innovative solutions possible—solutions that help infusion centers, home infusion providers, and specialty pharmacies operate more efficiently, reduce burnout, maximize profitability, and improve clinical outcomes. Our goal is simple: to support safe, high-quality patient care through a streamlined, trusted software solution.
What began as an idea on paper has grown into something far greater than Bryan or Reece ever imagined, and it’s a privilege to continue building and advancing this mission.
To every client, team member, investor, and partner who recognized the potential of WeInfuse and believed in us throughout this first Golden Decade—we are genuinely grateful, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you in the years ahead.
